Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
At this time We accept returns exclusively for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We do not offer merchandise exchanges at this time; however, you can opt for a direct replacement of the original item or a full refund. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@newnorm.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you ($0.00 return shipping fee), and there are no restocking fees. After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed and automatically issued back to your original method of payment, unless you explicitly requested a replacement.
